Air Cooled Cooling Refrigeration Unit for Cold Room/Walk in Freezer Installation

Compressor condensing unit consists of one or more refrigeration compressors, condensers and necessary auxiliary equipment (excluding evaporators and throttling devices).

The auxiliary equipment constituting the device includes gas-liquid separator, oil separator, filter, sight glass, valve, shock absorber, etc. Compression condensing unit is a kind of refrigeration equipment, which can be divided into water-cooled and air-cooled according to its cooling method. Water-cooled units can only be used with water pumps and cooling towers.

The piston compression condensing unit
The piston compression condensing unit has the characteristics of compact structure, easy maintenance and convenient selection, and is widely used in refrigeration devices such as air conditioning systems, refrigerators, refrigerators, and low temperature boxes. Large and medium-sized central air-conditioning systems, large and medium-sized refrigerators, and industrial chilled water systems are generally equipped with ammonia compression condensing units, while medium and small refrigeration units and air-conditioning systems mostly use Freon units. In places where water is scarce or water sources are not abundant, air-cooled units can be used.

The air-cooled unit usually consists of a semi-hermetic compressor, an air-cooled condenser, a fan, a liquid receiver, a connecting pipe, a valve, etc. The direction of the fan makes the air flow through the condenser first, and then through the compressor. When the water source is sufficient or conditions are available, water-cooled units are used. It can improve the cooling coefficient of the refrigeration system. The water-cooled unit usually consists of a compressor, an oil separator, a water-cooled condenser, an instrument control panel, a connecting pipe, a valve, etc. The open compressor is also equipped with a motor. The water-cooled condenser often adopts the horizontal shell-and-tube type, which not only has the function of condensing, but also has the function of accumulator. The cylinder and the cylinder head of the ammonia compressor are connected with a cooling water circuit to ensure the normal operation of the compressor.

The screw compression condensing unit
The screw compression condensing unit is composed of screw compressor, electric motor, oil separator, oil filter, oil cooler, oil pump, condenser, instrument control panel, etc.

Compared with the piston type unit, the screw type unit has the characteristics of small size, large cooling capacity, stepless energy adjustment, etc., so it is widely used in large and medium-sized low-temperature test, low-temperature freezing, industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning engineering systems, refrigeration. The agent can use R22, R502, R717 and the like. The oil treatment system of the screw unit has high requirements. While the unit is cooling, the lubricating oil must be coarsely and finely filtered and cooled, so the piping system of the unit is more complicated.
